Julie supports Titan business development by utilizing her professional network to expand awareness of Titan HST and its systemic value to organizations, businesses, government and NGO sectors.

Her legal training is focused in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Public Company Representation.

Julie received her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2010 and her B.A., in Public Policy Analysis, from Pomona College, Summa Cum Laude, in 2007. She is fluent in both English and Russian.
